Consultation Required

All treatments require an initial consultation to confirm candidacy and discuss goals, risks, and expected outcomes. Recommended session plans are tailored per client and may change based on individual response to treatment.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are booked through our Optimantra scheduling system. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel; late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to protect the quality of every appointment.

Payment & Financing

Payment is due at the time of service unless financed through Cherry, our third-party financing partner, which is governed by its own terms and approval process. Prices are subject to change without notice; you will always be informed of current pricing before treatment.
