Three years ago, I struggled with acne myself. I still remember the frustration of searching for real solutions, and what that did to my confidence along the way. That experience is exactly why safe, effective care matters so much to me now, and why we hold ourselves accountable to excellence in everything we do here. I'm a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of clinical experience and 26 years in healthcare. Alongside R&H, I'm still actively practicing within a large hospital system, and still learning — because medicine keeps evolving, and staying current is how we know what the safest, most effective solution really is for you. Through all of it, I've tried to stay close to what's true to me — compassion and genuine joy in this work, every single day. I understand the concerns that bring you through our doors, because I've been there myself. My hope is simply to help you discover the best version of yourself, where your confidence grows and your radiance shines from within. Alongside my partner Hazel, I'm honored to walk that journey with you.

What I love most about nursing is that it never lets me forget how much I'm still learning. Every person I care for teaches me something, and that exchange has shaped who I am far more than any credential ever could. Over the years, I came to see how many people quietly put themselves last. If I can offer a little encouragement toward caring for themselves, that's enough for me. Across 20 years — from acute hospital settings to pre- and post-operative care, and currently as an endoscopy nurse — that sense of purpose has only grown stronger. Together with my co-founder Rachelle, I bring that same mission to R&H Aesthetics. As a medical aesthetics nurse, I pair deep clinical expertise with a meticulous eye for detail, so every result feels effortless, natural, and entirely your own. No two faces and no two stories are ever the same, which is why I take the time to truly understand each person who sits in my chair. More than anything, I want everyone who walks into our clinic to feel comfortable and safe in my presence — and to walk out with a genuine smile. With two decades of clinical experience and advanced training in injectables and facial aesthetics, I bring a level of precision and judgment that only comes with time at the bedside. I remain committed to continuous education — regularly pursuing advanced certifications and studying emerging techniques — so that every client receives the very best results and the highest standard of care.
