Medical Weight Loss

Service Description

Our weight loss program is supervised by physicians and managed by nurse practitioners. After reviewing your health history and recent lab results, we will work on a treatment plan to help achieve your weight loss goals. We charge an initial consultation fee of $200, followed by a monthly fee of $125. Additionally, there will be a cost associated with the prescribed medications. These may include medications that copy the hormones GLP-1 and GIP such as semaglutide and tirzepatide.
